Train, empower, inspire: in the heart of Douala, Faroty turned International Women’s Rights Day 2025 into far more than a celebration — a true launchpad for the future.
Douala, March 2025 – On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day 2025, organized around the theme "For all women and girls: rights, equality, and empowerment," Faroty organized a series of intensive training activities from March 3 to 7, 2025, at the Fintech Center in Douala (5th district).
The objective of this event was to raise awareness, train, and equip participants with essential skills for their professional integration and empowerment in an increasingly competitive world.
📚 A structured intensive training program with modules
During this week rich in learning, ten female students, including several project leaders, benefited from practical modules led by Faroty experts, covering key topics:
Marketing and Innovative Strategies (March 3) – Led by Mr. Roland Beyeke, marketing expert; participants received instruction on the latest promotion and positioning strategies to stand out in the market.
Management and Leadership (March 5) – Under the direction of Mr. Théophile Tchuimbou, team management specialist, students acquired the basics of strategic leadership and decision-making, essential for any ambitious career.
Business Accounting (March 7) – Led by Mr. Steve, finance consultant, this module provided a better understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial management.
At the end of this training week, all participants received a certificate of participation, a symbol of their commitment and newly acquired skills.
