⚠️ Important: Financial Data

Faroty does not store your sensitive financial data. Information related to your payment methods (bank cards, Mobile Money accounts, etc.) is processed exclusively by our authorized payment partners (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Stripe, PayPal) and is PCI-DSS certified. This data never passes through our servers and is in no way stored in our systems.

Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for a period no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed:

  • Account Data: 5 years after account closure (in accordance with legal obligations)
  • Navigation Data: 13 months maximum
  • Identity Documents: Strictly for the time required for verification
