Faroty collects its commissions at the time of withdrawing your pot. Specifically, when you make a transfer request to move the collected funds to your bank account, the platform automatically deducts:
- Its commission (based on the percentage applicable to your project)
- Any potential bank or exchange fees (for international donations)
The amount paid to you therefore corresponds to the total donations received, minus these fees.
